1-2-1 Personal Training sessions will be held in Islington, Notting Hill or Enfield however, I am happy to travel to a location that suits you. If you prefer to train by yourself but still want to see great results, subscribe to one of the FJF Training online workout plans. Each month, your plan will be updated and re-personalised towards your new stats. I will also provide diet tips, advice, continued support and motivation.
Membership packages are renewed every first day of the month. Membership cancellations must be made 1 month in advance. Minimum membership duration is 3 months.

Due to the nature of Online Training, we do not give refunds. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must give 1 month notice. The minimum term (8 or 12 weeks depending on the package) must be carried out before cancellations are accepted.
